Rebecca M. Harris

Rebecca Harris is an experienced trial attorney focusing on representing individuals in employment, personal injury, and civil rights matters. As an advocate for women’s rights and the #MeToo and #TimesUp movements, Attorney Harris has a particular passion for bringing justice to victims of workplace sexual harassment.

Prior to joining Cicchiello & Cicchiello in January 2023, Attorney Harris practiced for 18 years with prominent Hartford firms, in the areas of civil rights, personal injury, and medical malpractice in both state and federal court. Attorney Harris is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States.

Attorney Harris is an active member of the Connecticut Bar Association and also serves as Technical Editor of the Connecticut Bar Journal.
